with no physical exercise, this week I dropped my calorie plan down to 1446, 1lb weekly lose with sedentary activity. I will try my best to track. i know it's not good to drink alcohol with my meds, I had 2 *generous* shots of caramel crown royal 16 hrs after my meds, so it's wore off.

Hi Dazey if you do drink or plan to drink try minimise the amount of calories you consume with it. As the majority of calories you consume with alcohol will be stored 😩 the body seems to prefer the calories from the alcohol and stares the rest

Yup what I would do is save the drinks for special occasions and then if I drank I ate before like 2 to 3 hours before and then had small things to eat if we were having drinks pick on some salads or some lean beef jerky
