Seeking tips on bulking/how often to do it! Does one cycle from cutting to bulking? or do you cut until you reach goal weight?? I was sick past couple days; struggling with insomnia post EMDR (trauma processing) session. Not entirely surprised. In trauma processing, I'm healing early adulthood/meeting my oldest bio dad, who's a (diagnosed by professional) sociopath malignant narcissist... I know what happens in the mind affects the body, so I'm trying to take it easy. Ive had essentially 2 weeks of eating more then normal, and to top it off: my cycle started....
