Good Morning All! I am a new member and have recently started dieting as of 9/20/15. I weighed 350 and I am down to 330 as of 10/25/15. I am feeling great each day that I concur my food addictions that I once had. I feel compelled to share my successes and failures with others and hopefully gain support and lend support to those after a much healthier lifestyle. I just started working on videos of our progress and we are going to start filming recipes. These videos can all be seen Here I am going to explore what this site has to offer and get all of my data put in. Please comment and let me know your stories!
