Everyday I stick to my new diet, I become more and more motivated. I am really enjoying the weight loss as well! However, I am trying to be careful not to make that the only goal/measurement of my new lifestyle. I have fought urges everyday, and each temptation I overcome, is like coming in first place. Everyday I exercise I feel great! Its amazing how much influence our mind has on our day to day journeys. I was completely overwhelmed by the thought of changing my diet and the expectations that came with it. Now I feel as though I have broken the chains of my food addiction.
