I guess I should weigh in. I lost nothing in July. It was a challenging month. My weight went up 3 pounds, and back down.
Gaining was not a good feeling. 😐 If I can just maintain this for a few years, I think it will be smooth sailing. I understand why everyone says maintenance is challenging. The work hasn't ended it just changes. I'm going for my annual with my doctor next month. that will be a fun visit. My doc was a batistric surgeon and totally keto. he's so dang smart. I'm lucky to have him to bounce ideas off of. Everyone, get moving and be awesome losers today 😆 I'll do a before and after post in September. This is Tigger. He's my kettle bell 🔔 i have to carry him on our walks when he poops out. Good for my strength 💪

I think maintenance can get easier over time. In the beginning it's easy to freak out a little with every fluctuation up. You have to experiment a little to see how many calories you need to stay close to goal but not keep losing. I have found the way to make maintenance work for me is to continue monitoring my calories. Since I like to experiment with new foods & like variety it's easier to stay in line if I know how close I am to my calorie budget. You look fabulous & Tigger is a cutie!

Thanks Sherry, very true. I went up 4 and that's a lot, clothes not fitting. So, count and measure till it gets easier!
