I've been trying really hard this week after a big eating day on Monday, so I'm pleased with the result 😀 This week I have three days at home, then on Thursday we head off to Cropredy Festival, which is going to be fun, but tricky on eating. Then we're carrying on to visit some various friend and family in the West Midlands and Shropshire, and won't be home till Saturday 20th.
My goal for this trip is actually to try and stick to my current eating and exercise plan as much possible, and hope to not gain, or even lose a little, while we are away. I really want to lose some more weight before we go back to Spain mid-September, as I want to get to my final goal weight before Christmas. Then I can do maintenance, hooray, and not have to worry about 'getting back on the wagon' in January again. There is light at the end of the tunnel - I don't want to lose sight of it by backsliding!
