God, how hard do I really have to make this on myself? I mean, seriously, why do I have to sabotage every attempt that I make at weight loss. I could have gone to the gym today, but Nooooo, I chose to stay home due to lack of motivation. How do I keep the motivation going? I tend to lose it not too far into every attempt that I make.
