Ok, beginning to think that my weight gain is due to it being "that" time of the month. It could very well be the dreaded "bloating stage". I have lost 2 of those lbs since yesterday. I have been kind of lazy the past week. I didn't walk my dog, like I was supposed to and I didn't go to the gym as much as I usually do. Time to get back to what I am supposed to do to get this weight off again.
