Greetings, Today is Dr. Day, 2nd time since I started my last charge of loosing the last 45#s. I actually had a goal today of being under 200#s fully dressed when I went today. So that is why I recorded no lunch.Intermittent fast no food since 7:30 last night untill 5 or so today my longest time ever without food.I'm sure I will be there..I hope it is also possible to get off some of the meds for sugar. I was able to starve off the insulin injections..So hopefully will have good news later in week from the blood test.Some meds will be on rest of my life, but it seems I take to many, I tell my wife coffee can fulls every day, not really, but sometimes it seems like that.And my journey goes on..Thank you again to my FS family for keeping me in line..I'm sure I will be here for rest of my life to keep healthy..
