ciao PPB , even though was disappointing , kindly find the outcome of your preparation to the goals and expectations set with regards of your weight challenge . I am sure you can make it by paying more attention to the day to day calories intake and work out. In my view what you are doing i already OK , but try to eat less and exercise more.
