I am kinda glad to be ending this week and starting fresh. I shoveled snow and worked out very enthusiastically the first half of the week, then i was sore as all heck and snacking constantly out of irritation the second half of the week. I feel better today but i have felt like i have clothespins sticking all over me for the last 3 days!
It sucked to log the last 2 days of food, but i am looking at it as data that will help me improve. And honestly, compared to how i used to eat, it was nothing. (Although mixed nuts are my kryptonite.) I am definitely in this for the long haul this time.
I took patty's advice and got out the tape measure, as it has been about 5 weeks. I have lost 3" each off bust, waist and hips. I am going to keep this in mind when i get schooled by the scale tomorrow , haha.
