I'm an empty nester enjoying life. Have a great husband, 2 adult daughters, 4 dogs, a horse and manage properties we own.
I've been called a "sturdy gal" before. I've been a little on the thicker side but never really out of control... want to find something for a long term solution to stay healthy and look good.
Celebrating my half century mark in November 2018 so time to get fit...it only gets harder to get into shape from here!
