Hi guys, I just wanted some input or advice. So a few years ago, my doctor told me I have orthostatic hypotension and I was getting a lot better to where I was only dizzy maybe a few times during the work, but now that I've been getting more active it's been getting worse. Ex: I was squatting yesterday with only 75lbs and by rep 6 I was very dizzy to the point where by my 8th rep I had to rerack, wait a sec, then knock out my last few reps.

So I know I've gone mia on here for a bit, but I do bear bad news, good news, and more good news lol. Bad- I let my sugar cravings go a bit while I was gone, but kept my protein intake still high. Good & more good: I've successfully rehabbed my hip back to feeling no pain, I've felt tons more energetic, and for the last two weeks I haven't over eaten once and have been eating tons cleaner.
This month with my hip feeling better I'm going to slowly test the waters with squatting and deadlifting- but gradually! I miss it, but I can't dive right in and get injured again.

still 133 flat, but I've made a lot of progress off the scale in inches lost!
