Waiting for a drop. Been at exactly the same weight for a while now. I do find after s really big workout my weight goes up a bit for a day or two and then drops. Cross country skied 40 km and did core workout on Sunday sinkers see what Wednesday brings.

January - weight loss was steady. February sucked - barely any weight down but eating was similar to January and if anything I worked out more consistently. Got a bit discouraged near the end of February / but now back to a bit sunnier outlook. This will be the month I get under 140, and keep working out cause it’s feeling great. Also stated a 30 day ab challenge - was excited and started it on Saturday - so even though it’s only March 1 st I am on day 3. :)

Arghhhh. A bit frustrated that weight has stuck the same for so long. I found a good routine - three to four days of strength training , two indoor interval bike rides and one to two cross country ski sessions a week. Feeling fit and strong and like weight should be lower. Nutrition has been very good - low carb , lots of veggies and definitely am in a caloric deficit. Hopefully a jump down soon.
