After being very frustrated that my weight has been plateauing, I was relieved to learn that over the past month I have reduced about 4” overall on my body measurements! Keto and IF are working!! I’m glad I chose to do a 3D body scan as an additional metric to track my fitness journey.

2 months on Keto and very little weight loss! After an initial and rapid loss of about 10#, I have been up and down with the same five pounds for 6 weeks! I tried cutting out dairy and that didn’t make much of a difference. I do about an 18/6 IF daily. I will have measurements done again in a week. Considering carb cycling to shake things up and hopefully see some results! Feeling frustrated.

Been on strict Keto nearly 3 weeks. Seems like longer because I started and totally carb-relapsed on a family trip over the 4th of July. I thought I was stalling so I started taking electrolytes and that has seemed to get me losing again.
Does anyone have any helpful experience edging off of plateaus?

32.2% BF. After a week of what felt like a stall/plateau/slow gain, I finally have another loss! I was drinking 100 oz. of water/day for over a week with no thought or effort to replace lost electrolytes! Now having a few days days of electrolytes in my water, the scale is going down again. I thought I was exercising too much, or was afraid my macros needed to be tweaked!
Anyone else had success edging off of a plateau??
