HI, I guess I have been on a break from FAT SECRET. I am going to graduate college in December and I would like to lose weight for when I walk the stage. I would like a new "Business woman" wardrobe. My plan is to exercise daily and count 1500 calories.

Good for you, welcome back. I saw one of your past journals and looked at your diet calendar. This time around, you may have more success if you eat lots more proteins in your diet. You will feel less hungry and be more able to stay to your program. And, drink 100 ounces of water every day, keep sodium to 2600 and fiber to 25 or above - you will be rockin' it and losing great! Best of luck and welcome "home."

Good feed back! I agree Jennilyn & welcome back! Most clients I work with lose 3-5lbs a week at my clinic. That's without exercise! So, with the right nutritional plan you're solid. You can do it Jen! Its a HUGE step to make the goal and have your plan set. You will have tons of help on here too! I'm so excited for you! Can't wait til we can go shopping at the outlets because none of our clothes fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
