Well finally back on track, went to my first spinn in a month Sunday, trainer today and spin, Wednesday pickleball, Thursday trainer and spin and Saturday pickleball..Thanks to my FS warriors and Steven Lloyd for advice. My food baby is almost gone !!!! The older you get the longer it takes to recoup, it was actually freaking me out about the long recovery period. Been over a month, starting to feel 90% better, hopefully by weekend back to 100% and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !!!
