Thank you, rgaDawg! Got the blue line back, but the lifting I am doing is a LOT more lately so struggling a little with maintaining "goal" weight. I'm trying not to worry about it too much. It is a strange thing to convince a brain that thinner yet heavier is OK.

Agreed - It is a strange thing to convince a brain that thinner yet heavier is OK. For me, the brain seems to get stuck on a number on the scale and doesn't understand fitness and health changes. I do remember the pic you posted in a slim dress. That's your story, not the number on the scale.

I would love to get the blue line, but have a long way to go. Will get serious again after the 1st. You are doing great and are a great motivator!
