Thanks so much, you girls, for all your support and encouragement!! This is the first time I've been actually at "goal" (down 46#s) for several months. Even the loss of the few to five pounds, makes me feel so much better. I'm alright with fluttering up and down a bit, but staying "blue," which means I can fluctuate up only two pounds is my plan... We will see how I do! 😁

Yes this is what I’m wanting to achieve as well! It’s crazy how hard it is to lose and keep off those last couple vanity pounds.

Thank you all! Groatmeal, "maintaining" or getting off the last pounds is rough for sure. Princess, I've said it before. I'm just not able to do this alone... Not yet anyway. I hope someday to be strong enough. So, I am beyond grateful for my friends here. Without you, I know where I would be. Thank YOU! CMC, dear, we can do it! Someday we will be able to hang out together again. Chris, was up the other day to help me with some horticulture stuff... Teaching us to "clone" a dogwood tree! My hubby, Chris, and I talked for hours and he met most of my kids. It was great!  

Melissatwa... I’m glad to hear all is well up north... a little jealous of your visit with Chris... 😂😉💐😘✌🏽
