Rejoicing here! I never have seen tracking make such a change but am so happy it is working. My clothes were starting to feel too snug so it was either lose that extra few pounds, or buy some new clothes...I hate tight clothes. So, just saved myself some money! and I feel better. Just felt kinda stuffed.

Hoping to get back to where I was but am happy for now with this.
