Enjoyed my walk with my boyfriend yesterday, I had to bribe him by withholding from playing a video game he has a big interest in. We both got what we wanted after a week of solo walking and solo gaming :)

Personal goal achieved! I fit in my bridesmaid gown, for mg sister's upcoming wedding in 2 weeks! She visited last week and when I tried it on, I was 2 inches shy of her being able to zip it...just wouldn't close at my ribcage! One week since then, I am able to zip it closed on my own...somehow! I attribute it to fatsecret, walking 3-8 miles almost daily, salads, watermelon, and trail mix! ;D

Also found this video interesting before they tried to sell a plan, although I'll keep counting calories because I know it works for me! :)
