Good news, bad news on this weight-in... The BAD news was I had to work 23 straight hours yesterday, 21 hours of which was on the phone (literally!). Ugh. And all that was on my cell phone. Hah!
How pathetic is it when 8 out of 10 of my "friends and familiy" is actually work conference bridges? Don't answer that. I already know.
So, that's the bad news... the good news is this weigh-in (lost 2.2 lbs in one day!) is almost entirely because of that. Working so many hours, not able to eat much... But there's more bad news... this wasn't exactly the way I want to lose weight. I think some of this will bounce right back over the next day or two. Oh well. It was nice to see the scale so far into the 240's!!! :D Woo hoo!!!
