Do you ever stand on the scale and suck your stomach in in hopes that it will help you lose a pound or so while you are weighing? I caught myself doing that today. Funny the things we do. Well anyway have a great Thanksgiving and here's hoping that on our next weigh in we won't have to suck in our guts for weight loss.
