Woke at 219, seemed to have eating scheduled down, and exercising in , spent extra 1/2 hour at gym, off to play pickleball, I can sweat 3-7 #s by playing outside of water weight, need to slow that part down, Will be eating out tonight, might have a carb rebuild night and I'm DO N OK !!
