First weigh in of my new goal of maintaining my current weight. I am aware that some weeks I will be up a little and some down a little.

On the other hand, super excited about the start of the Olympics!! My favorite events are the ski jumping, figure skating, luge and bobsled.

Congrats. Came home from work and then the gym turned on the Olympics missed the opening but I'm sure there will be a rerun or online somewhere. Love watching all of the winter one

The most important thing to maintain our weight is possibly realizing that, despite the goal being completed, the effort has to be maintained. It may get easier though as our stomach naturally shrinks as we lose weight :)
