I don't get it. The second I stop eating what feels like all day long I just drop under 145 again. Having cookies and chocolate 3 times a day (usually one truffle and a butter cookie with my coffee/tea). I wonder if the scale is wrong. Maybe I should buy a cheap digital one. It would be easier to read for my Grandma.
