I'm a little worried by this. Just coffee for breakfast is fine (in my opinion) because the caffeine suppresses your appetite for a bit, but I'm afraid just a plum for lunch will leave you very hungry. I find that when I let myself get very hungry, I tend to overeat uncontrollably. I try to go prepare a meal when I feel hunger coming on, so that I stay in control. I also have decided that I am not going to do anything to lose weight that I'm not willing to maintain for the rest of my life. At this point, it looks like I may have to log my food forever to maintain my weight loss, and that is a time investment I'm willing to make if it keeps me at a healthy weight. I think you might benefit from a routine, and making sure you get some protein at every meal.
