Thanks guys. Yes I think I'm thru the worst of it, gosh it was truly awful. Went for my evening walk on the 12th, got about 6 houses down n was buckled over in pain. Still not 100% but did a hair over a mile today. Hoping to get to the gym and increase it tomorrow as I'm wearing a heart monitor and since I've had it on there's no way it'll reflect my normal activities. Uhhh... Anyway hope you are all well. Was a hot one here today. Another in store tomorrow going above 90.

Ugh. I have had kidney stones also. A side effect of one of my medications. Hard to maintain life with all that pain, for me. - Glad you are moving through it.
