I gained but don't feel like I have. I know that I haven't eaten the best so I started changing that today. I also haven't got a lot of exercise due to schedule of the week. That will change starting Sunday.

I don't want to be worried, I want to be aware. But also I have a lot of training coming up for running so I am trying to not lose anymore weight. It's just crazy!

Good for you to be 'aware' of what going on with your weight!!

Fluctuations are normal and with your running you may be increasing your muscle mass...protein will help you maintain muscle.
