I literally don't know. Two days after hitting the 50# mark...ugh, but I'm kind of over beating myself up over it and I suppose that is healthy. I'll get back there.

How often do you weigh? Is it only when you record or do you average them out? I’ve weighed myself one day up and then it’s gone next day. You’re doing amazing! 💃 Don’t forget how far you’ve come..

Thanks Marcos & MorticiaAddams APhoebe I mostly weight every day. I rarely average it out. I probably should be doing that.
