OMG !! Why is it when you expect the loss s/b 2-3 lbs. you gain??? I know all the reasons, it's just so maddening. I however will keep on tricking. I weigh once a week on Sunday. I'm calorie counting 1500 calories a day. I've had good results over the past three weeks, 11 lbs. Going walking today with my Walker, have to do it. Did some floor exercises, not to bad, felt good. I'm 68 yrs. old and have a wonderful exercise book with JANE FONDA, wish it was a first edition!!!
