Oooh! I am so excited ~ I am down 9lbs and on track to hit my goal of 30lbs in 3 months. I am just excited, really. I WANT so badly to get back into the 100s - which would mean a total of about 25lbs lost (20 since my heaviest weigh in on this app) and something I haven't seen since - oh - maybe 2017. Not doing great on exercise so far this week - my son has early out and getting the walk in has been a challenge. Also been busy at work so getting the bike in the am has been a challenge. I am learning that I need to figure out time to prioritize "my" time. However, the diet plan has been easier this week - my husband found zero carb tortillas and I had the best spicy shrimp mini taco yesterday!

You seem very happy! I could feel the joy almost through the screen. I don't even know you but it made me happy for you. Keep this attitude and all of your goals will be checked off! Always keep chasing different goals. It will always keep you engaged.
