Not a terrible gain since I've barely been able to move since my right knee replacement on December 5th. I'm okay with it. I won't be able to actually lose any weight until I can start working out again around April so I just need to maintain. I do get a free gym membership through the Medicare Silver Sneakers program in the USA so I might get that going once Mardi Gras season is over and I won't have to deal with traffic and getting around parades. (I live in New Orleans)

I lived there as a little kid, and I visit anywhere between every few years to every year. Have you read “Goodnight Pothole,” a funny New-Orleans-themed parody of “Goodnight Moon”? Warning: it is negative and sarcastic, and not funny if you want something cheery lol.

I don't know if I've read it, I've read so many satirical books and poems about living here! You need to have a sense of humor to survive living in this city and road work, or lack there of, is definitely one of the top reasons! LOL

It will get up to 86 degrees next Thursday, and I’m in the Midwest…please tell me it’s not going to be even hotter than that in NOLA, in April!
I remember you’re literally allowed to go to a bar, get a cup of water, and walk out without a drink, in the summer in NOLA, because summers are so hot there. So maybe April is too..
