Weight gain after the pizza debacle of two days ago and yesterday was refeed day, which I decided to have in spite of the pizza attack. It was excellent. Now back to the cut, but I thought I'd show you all my refeed meal last night. Can you spell enjoyment?

Cooked in a pellet stove bbq with hickory pellets. Chicken was pre smoked. All others where 35 min for potatoes and 20 for the mushrooms and peppers. Veggies were shaken in a bowl with olive oil and garlic powder before they were placed and the chicken had a sprinkling of Montreal steak spice. Chicken was put in 15 minutes before everything else was done. No flare ups with pellet bbq ever! Put it in and forget it. Suddenly my taste buds are telling me I'm bbqing for dinner again tonight.
