I lost more weight from no sugar/no flour than from fasting and refeeding with flour. Not rocket science, but conclusive enough for me.
103,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 42,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I ganed the past two days from refeeding after my fast. The site is doing the math that if I continue to gain at this rate, I will be 11lb heavier next week.

HA - Eleven pds heavier next week! That ain't gonna happen! Maybe your body felt forced by the fast and is rebelling! But, perhaps you have pushed the set-point lower. Time will tell.
