Don't speak too fast, H. I always felt that way too, but regular dieting wasn't working for me any more. I keep it tight 3-4 days a week and then get the carb load and maintenance going. It flies in the face of everything I believed as well.

I'm keeping an eye on what you are doing. It's always nice to have tools in our box just in case I stall again. When it doesn't work, change it and do what works for you!

I've dabbled in the high carb day but it's usually unplanned. I still have to be mindful of my carb sources but I believe it works. Keeps your body guessing. Enjoy!
