I need to dig down and get on track with my HFLC and IF. At least I've stopped the binge eating... now I need to stop the snack after dinner. I need to adhere to the meal plan I schedule for the day and not alter it.
Keep my macros at: Fat 95/ Protein 75/ Carbs 28.... my IF eating window is 11:30 am to 7 pm - no eating at any other time.

Complete P90X with no missed workouts (stay away migraines!). I'm on Week 3 now, haven't missed any!

Stay off the scale except on Fridays to do a weigh-in.
