Increased calories, so naturally there's a water gain. There was a teensie calorie deficit over the last few days, so I know it's not a fat gain! I'm recording it as a 'true weight' so that I have a good number to compare with my weight in a couple of weeks time when we arrive back in the UK.
We're setting off today, and will be camping for the next two weeks in our camper van as we wander through Spain and France. Most campsites in those countries don't have free internet, so don't expect to see me much till I get to my other home. Take care everyone, and be good!
