Wish I knew what to really do to lose weight besides exercise but guess I got to do it to lose it wish it would just fall off 😔😔😔😔😔😔 I am so frustrated
85,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 28,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 2,5 kg a Settimana

For most people, lowering carbs and raising good fats is the way for permanent and painless weight loss cause who doesn't love bacon, eggs, cheese, and nuts?

@Peewee1959, remember... its also a marathon, not a sprint; and, different people's metabolisms ramp-up and ramp-down, based on what they're physically able to do, when/how often they eat (and WHAT they eat, WHEN they do), genetics (to some extent), etc. etc. - all that to say this: let us help you, it's what we're here for - really.
