Well, I started the week off good and then ended not so good. That's okay a good reminder that I have to stay reigned in. Everything in moderation. I am finally down to just a little cough here and there so i think I am good to go for exercise again, yay.

Glad you are almost well! I here you...I had low carb cheesecake, but it was pretty sweetened up with splenda. I will pay for it for the next few days. Next time, I will make my own. LOL!
