Good Friday all my FS friends. Haven't commented for a while. Life, no internet, new phone, so busy at work, but I've stayed the course. 35.2 pounds today. Almost half way there. This site has helped me get where I'm at. I've listed, I've tried different things. I'm happy, have more energy and in a better mood. I want to be more supportive to my friends, KETO ON my FS friends, KETO ON! Oh yes, having Ghee in my coffee as well.
LIFE IS GOOD. I now eat to live!
