I am going on a 2 week vacation, so I have another challenge in maintaining my weight which everyone will encounter sooner or later. I take for granted what I
have and eat at home to loose weight, there is no routine when on vacation or even
having the weekend off from work. I feel I am susceptible in a way. Cheers
