slowly getting there.
high carbs. low fat, lots of vegtables, gluten free, no to low sugar, 1000-1200cals a day (i am disabled i dont do a lot of walking, when i do its on crutches, i spend 70% of my day at a desk or sitting on the floor with a toddler or I'm doing house work) me very well.
last lot of blood test come back a negative anything wrong like normal. get them done every 3 to 6 months and never have had an issue.
have lost 2 inches off stomach.
have now dropped to a size 12 Australian. and its now a comfortable 12 in the pants not a snug.
dropped a bra size too.
lost the baby belly look. cant do much about the skin but that will go on its own to a point.
have not been tracking much as have been flatout with studies, toddler, housework, and life, but still keeping an eye on what i eat and drink.
61 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4 kg.    Rimanenti: 6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,7 kg a Settimana
