I initially started out thinking I would do keto but it turns out I'm on a zero carb diet.
I've lost 7lbs in 13 days which is quite amazing to me and 7" all over. The largest loss is around my tummy at 1.75".
I am a total carbie and I love my prosecco- it's really hard to give up my booze especially.
Running fast and up hill is extremely difficult as it feels like the lactic acid is pooling.
