Only lost 300 grams in last week. l have stuck strictlsy to induction, only added 1oz of nuts twice in last week. This diet sucks for losing weight. Probably wld be better if i had more exercise, but thats not going to happen.... and it would only make me eat more.
anyway that 300g is probably only water loss because i didnt drink much yesterday.
