Officially chose & started the Keto lifestyle today after months of “test driving” through Paleo, Atkins, and MMT. I even in the last month when I averaged 50 g of carbs per day (gasp) and I already noticed a day to day energy boost. Still when I crash, I crash hard. It’s really strange to go to the grocery store and think “there’s basically nothing here that I can eat”. It’s such a transformation of what food I used to think was “so good for me”. Lotsa room in the pantry at home— I might use it as a second closet! Sifting through fat bomb recipes now—it’s so strange to eat this much (albeit healthy) fats. Lots to learn, lots of well worn habits to adjust. Here’s to a new lifestyle!
