Gotta tell ya da good, bad, & ugly! Up 1.8 pounds! Ugh! Possible problems: 1. Ate late at 7:45p. 2. Water almost 1/2 gallon...shoulda drank more. 3. Didn't take BP meds. (call mr on dat one). 4. Ate lean beef @ dinner..when for last two weeks ate fish (beef alittle too salty). 5. Oil sheen on hair. 6. Ate strawberries for fruit (call me about that one). 7. Did not work out. 8. Took tyenol pm/benedril for bedtime~ 10:45pm.
I'm in Albany, TX. Been up since 4:30am. Goal to drink 1/2 G today and do by new Taebo DVD. Those of u on HCG, call me to check in!

Probably just fluid. DRINK YOUR WATER. The beef should make you drop (if it was lean). You should be down tomorrow....This is normal! :)

Yeah, I know the feeling... went up myself as well, with 2 Bday parties in 3 days!! Too hard to stick to it, but I am just exercising more and sticking to it from now on again, hoping that it will come down as FAST as it went UP!! Good Luck and keep working on it, you are doing so great in general!!
