Diario di Heddiebelle, 12 giu 18

Day 9 of healthy eating and only drinking water (well I have to have one cup of coffee in the mornings). Today I just wasn't feeling it hadn't wrote anything down and I am struggling with my water today. Just having a pity party, why do I have to work so hard to be healthy and at a normal weight!!! I got to where I was making myself sick so instead of sitting here and wallowing like I usually do I got up and drug my butt outside! I went for a walk something I haven't done just because I can and because I need to in 7 years. And oh what a beautiful day! Along my walk I stopped to look at all I am surrounded by and how beautiful it is and how fortunate I am to be able to work to get myself healthy and work to lose weight not every one is able to do that. So now I'm back at my desk back to work, all my food is logged I'm about to get another bottle of water and my body is sore from the walk but so thankful I am able to be sore because I am able to take a walk! Here's to a new me, a healthy me, and most of all A HAPPY ME!
