9.0 hrs sleep, 0 hrs CPAP, 2.0 fatigue, R Neckpain 7.5,
Interesting results. fatigue is way down, even w/o cpap usage. Maybe b/c of increased sleep? Not sure why pain is elevated. been up since yesterday. Maybe b/c of no band exercise last 3 days? It's so frustrating. I get to a pain level where exercise will elevate pain to extreme flare, but If I DON'T exercise, I stay in pain. Grrr. Arggh.
