man i have struggled with life and food and wanting to go back into eating poorly i had lost down to 278.6 then was up and down eating badly then eating good then i had gained back up to almost 283 and promised myself this week i will choose to eat better i had a small hiccup with a few bites of some chicken stuff that someone gave me i shouldnt have but i did but i have overall been doing better this week and now im back down to 278.2! i hope to continue to head down that crazy weight scale! i just have to keep my head in the game and remember this is about my health and being here for my kids. I hope everyone is doing good!
